American exhibition customers came to LIONLED factory to visit

On the morning of May 14, 2025, a team of digital display solution providers from the United States made a special visit to LIONLED's headquarters for a site visit. The visit originated from the customer's strong interest in our products: outdoor LED display at the ISA show in April. In the preliminary in-depth communication, the customer clearly expressed his wish to focus on the production process and quality control process of outdoor screen.

At the beginning of the visit, Mars, the overseas sales director, introduced in detail the company's development history, production capacity layout and core competitive advantages through the multimedia presentation system. The technical team then focused on explaining the key technical parameters of the outdoor screen: 8000nit high brightness display, IP68 waterproof and dustproof performance, -30℃ to 60℃ wide temperature working range and other innovative features. Customers showed great interest in these technical highlights and asked professional questions from time to time and got satisfactory answers.

During the factory tour, we led the customers to go deep into the production line, from the precision assembly workshop to the 72-hour continuous aging test area, from the waterproof laboratory that simulates the rainstorm environment to the R&D center, and arranged professional engineers to give detailed explanations for each link. Customers are impressed by the high precision process and strict quality testing standards of SMT automatic placement production line, and have stopped to observe and take photos many times.

Before parting, the customer said: "We are impressed by LIONLED's professional manufacturing capability and rigorous quality management system. Especially seeing your strict control of each production link, we are fully confident in establishing a long-term cooperative relationship." Both sides agreed to start in-depth discussion on specific projects within two weeks and explored the possibility of future strategic cooperation in the North American market.
